Navigation/Layout/Design: I really like the design of this siteespecially the tour. It is interesting, not too cluttered, and has all kinds of vintage items like an old tube TV and even a View Master on it! Ah the memories! The navigation is laid out nicely. There are links to Home, Movies, Photos, Live Chat, Bonus Sites, FAQ/Contact, and My Favorites. There is also a Quicksearch, which allows you to search by Decennium, Niche, and by keyword.
Pictures: The pictures are all very vintage, and retro looking. There are black and white pics, and even some that have reddish coloring in them. Most of them are black and white though, and you can tell that they are really old. There are some from before the Twenties even! The pictures all open in like 300 x 500 pixels, and the quality is pretty damn good for being so old!
Most of the galleries feature all different women, not just one specific one. It gives a great idea of what women looked like, and how they groomed themselves way back in yesteryear. There are quite a few that show the sexy lady half naked, showing some skin, or just showing breasts, and even a few women with huge asses and hairy little pussies. And, or course, you will always find your classic vintage blonde! There are so many. I really like the way this site has grouped and categorized their picture galleries.
Movies: There are all kinds of retro movies, including some from all different decades. There is even a cartoon of Sleeping Beauty from the 50s. Most movies have a full res, high res, low res, and streaming version and each usually has about 2 clips.
I watched one called Internal Inspection and boy, this film is OLD. The quality is decent, and the audio is pretty good too. However, I noticed that it's much better to just download these videos, and not stream them, as they pause and are very choppy if you try to stream them. It seems like it takes forever to buffer. Even downloading the film takes a while. Anyhow, this film shows a sexy blonde in a shirt and skirt and she steps out to the room and starts thumbing through some book. She picks up the phone and then I got so tired of waiting for the thing to buffer, I quit watching it. I just didn't have the patience to watch it, and it looked like such a great movie!
Bottom Line:This is a wonderful site for vintage and retro pictures, but not for movies. They take way too long to download or even stream, and if you are like me and do not have patience to let them buffer, then this probably isn’t a good site for you to check out. However, if you do, the movies seem to be great, and are truly in their retro form, and original. If you are at all curious about how porn was way back when, this is a great start for you! The price is excellent for the amount of content that you get, and I was really impressed with the organization of the pictures. There really are some great shots.
